Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made prior to 60 days of the arrival date are charged 10% of the total amount of reservation.

CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL DATE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Notes:

For reservations made prior to 60 days of the arrival date, advance payment of 50% of the total amount of reservation is required to confirm booking. The remaining 50% of the total amount of reservation is due 60 days before arrival.

For reservations made within 60 days of the arrival date, advance payment of 100% of the total amount of reservation is required to confirm booking.

A €1,500 refundable security deposit is required with the final rental payment or upon arrival and will be returned in full if no damage or loss has occurred.
